The Hong Kong Government entered into a contract with ALBA IWS to design and build the city’s first Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Treatment and Recycling Facility-WEEE Park, provide collection services, and operate the facility until 2027. 

• The facility will use German technology offering exceptional recycling rates to process refrigerators, TVs, computers, washing machines and air conditioners into valuable secondary raw materials including aluminums, metals and plastics, while carefully managing hazardous materials found in the appliances.
• Sorting different materials from e-waste.
